Dr. Zhijun Qiao, President’s Endowed Professor, University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Qiao received PhD degree of Mathematics 1997 from Fudan University. His research interests include nonlinear partial differential equations, integrable systems and nonlinear cusp solitary waves, KdV equations and soliton theory, integrable symplectic mapping, R-matrix theory, radar image processing and inverse problems in mathematical physics. In 1999, he won one of the hundred best doctoral dissertations in all natural and social sciences in China. From 1999 to 2001, he was Humboldt fellow in Kassel University, Germany. He was awarded the University of Texas Distinguished Research Award in 2013 and the University of Texas President’s Endowed Professor in 2016. Dr. Qiao was the PI of more than 20 national and international research grants. He published more than 150 academic papers and 2 books including top ranking journals Communications in Mathematical Physics, IEEE Transaction on Geoscience and Remote Sensing (TGRS). He is currently serving on the editorial board of Studies in Applied Mathematics and deputy editor-in-chief of Journal of Nonlinear Mathematical Physics.

Mahammad A. Nurmammadov graduated from mathematics in 1987 at Novosibirsk State University's Department of Applied Mathematics [two specialties:1) Differential Equations and 2) Mathematical Physics] for postgraduate studies with a PhD. Degree of Physical Mathematics (dissertation title: On the Solvability of Some Boundary Value Problems for Mixed Type Differential Equations with Some Degenerating Planes") He worked at Novosibirsk State University (USSR) and as Head of Construction of the Special Construction Section, Head of Department in the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Vice-Rector of Scientific Affairs of Lankaran State University, and Associate Professor at the Oil Academy of Azerbaijan (department of applied mathematics). He is Chief-in Editor of the "International Journal of Partial Differential Equations and Their Applications" in the USA, a member of the editorial board of the "American Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics," the "Open Journal of Applied Sciences," and the "American Journal of Computational Mathematics.", "Advanced Pure Mathematics" and "International Journal of Modern Nonlinear Theory and Applications," which are reputable Web of Science journals in the USA, Moreover, is also member of the editorial board of more than 15 journals of countries (America, Europe, India, Ukraine and so on), invited as conference chair, session chair, plenary speaker, renowned speaker, keynote speaker member scientific committee, organization committee and reviewers of 63 international conferences, symposiums, more than 1000 refereed papers, published book in the USA, Colorado, Denver and 56 papers and at the first time obtained new general form of tapeless system equations for (linear and nonlinear cases) and new well-posed boundary value problem which is has application in physical fields, astrophysical conditions problems and for the problems of transonic flow, noise, plasma. In present, worker in the position of Lead Scientific Worker of Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory, named after N. Tusi of the Ministry of Sciences and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Shamakhy city, Azerbaijan.

Asher Yahalom is a Full Professor and the former Vice Dean in the Faculty of Engineering at Ariel University and the Academic director of the free electron laser user center which is located within the University Center campus. He was born in Israel on November 15, 1968, received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics and physics from the HebrewUniversity in Jerusalem, Israel in 1990, 1991 and 1996 respectively. Asher Yahalom was a postdoctoral fellow (1998) in the department of electrical engineering of Tel-Aviv University, Israel. And a Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge, UK during the years 2005-2006, 2008, 2012.He was a visiting Professor at Princeton University, USA during the years 2019-2020. From 1994 to 1998 Asher Yahalom worked with Direx Medical System on the development of a novel MRI machine as a head of the magneto-static team. In the years 1998-1999 Asher Yahalom joined the Israeli Free Electron Laser Group both as postdoctoral fellow and as a project manager, he is a member of the group ever since. Among his contributions to the project are theoretical contributions and technological contributions. As part of his duties,he established the FEL user center of which he now directs, the aim of the FEL user center is to establish applications for FEL radiation including medical applications. Currently much of his efforts are directed toward the study of the implication of retardation phenomena in electromagnetics in relativistic engines andin gravity with emphasis on galactic systems.

After graduated from Department of Astronomy, Nanjing University at 1960, Qiu-he Peng was a teacher at Peking University for 18 years and then is teaching at Nanjing University. Q. Peng is mainly engaged in nuclear astrophysics , particle astrophysics and galactic astronomy research. In the field of nuclear astrophysics, Peng’s researches involve neutron stars (pulsars), the supernova explosion mechanism and the thermonuclear reaction inside the star, the synthesis of heavy elements and interstellar radioactive element such as the origin of celestial 26Al. 235 papers of him have be published. In recent 10 years, his works are mainly on the astrophysics with both particle physics and condensed matter physics.

Dr. Ece Kilerci graduated from Istanbul University, Astronomy and Space Sciences and Physics Departments in 2005. After completing her MSc degree in Bogazici Physics Department, she received her PhD in astrophysics from the University of Copenhagen in 2014. She continued her research on infrared and active galaxies as a postdoctoral researcher at Taiwan NTHU University, Istanbul University and Sabancı University. She is currently a visiting instructor at Sabanci University.

Vladivoj Valkovic is a Croatian Physicist currently working in Laboratory for Nuclear Analytical Methods, Experimental Physics Department, Ruder Boskovic Institute, Zagreb, Croatia and also a Freelance Consultant. Prof Dr Vladimir Valentinovich Egorov has his expertise in theoretical molecular and chemical physics. Education: National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Faculty of Theoretical and Experimental Physics (1966 – 1972), Moscow, USSR. He has completed his PhD from Theoretical Department of Institute of Chemical Physics, USSR Academy of Sciences (1981), and he has completed his Dr Phys&Math Sci degree from Institute of Physical Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences (2004). He is leading researcher at FSRC “Crystallography and Photonics”, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia. Prof Egorov is working on the development of a fundamentally new physical theory ‒ quantum-classical mechanics and its applications in physics, chemistry, biology and biomedicine.

Sayed Shafaat Mahmud, born in 2003 in Bangladesh, is an aspiring astrophysicist with a deep curiosity in machine learning and data science. After completing high school in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2022, he joined Colgate University in New York, USA, as an undergraduate student with a double major in Astrophysics and Applied Mathematics. His research, conducted alongside Professor Cosmin Ilie, focuses on using Neural Networks to detect Dark Star candidates in JWST data. This research marks the first attempt in using machine learning to identify dark stars—celestial bodies powered by dark matter annihilation. Shafaat represented his country at the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics 2021 hosted by Colombia, earning an honorable mention for Bangladesh. Apart from his dedication to Astrophysics, Shafaat is passionate about chess, achieving a top-10 placement in the Bangladesh National U18 chess competition twice. In the future, he aims to pursue a Ph.D. in astroinformatics while continuing to compete in chess tournaments at a high level.
