Invitation Letter
A
Letter of Invitation (from our organization) is a proof that your abstract
submission and registration are accepted by the conference organizer. It will
be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does
not guarantee you a visa.
For
those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no
control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa
adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible
for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals; you’re
strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can.
If
you do require a visa for your entry to conference venue country, the
conference secretary can issue letters of invitation. For security reasons,
letters of invitation can only be sent to registered participants for the
conference through email. You will be asked to provide following details to
provide letter of invitation:
Your full name (first
name, middle initial, family name)
Your Affiliation
Passport Scan Copy
Passport size photo
